Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with [maxollo]. We want you to love every item you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
🔁 Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Tags must still be attached.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, if possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at checkout)
Undergarments, bodysuits, or swimwear
Gift cards
Items received more than 30 days ago
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is denied (e.g., worn or outside return window), the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please:
Return the item for a refund, and
Place a new order for the preferred size or color.
📦 Return Process
To initiate a return:

We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Package the item securely and send it back within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
💡 Return shipping fees:
– For U.S. customers, a $5.00 flat fee may be deducted from your refund if a prepaid label is used.
– You may also choose to use your own shipping method.
🌍 International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or customs fees. Please contact us at [[email protected]] before returning an item from outside the U.S.
🕒 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
